Melissa Buffer-Trenouth is the manager of the Cambridge location for Sports and PT Associates. Melissa works with all populations but specializes in dance medicine and yoga/pilates based treatments. She also has an interest and concentration on the spine and restoration of neutral posture. Melissa currently continues to dance with Tribe Dance Company and performs screenings and lectures for local dance studios and companies. She is also an avid yoga student and is number one fan for Boston Rugby.

Jason Trenouth obtained his masters degree in physical therapy in 1997 and has published two articles regarding physical therapy for homeless persons since. Jason has expertise in occupational health, foot and spine dysfunction, gait analysis and rugby specific sports therapy. He has also worked in an industrial accident/work hardening program for three years. Jason is currently researching the adverse affects of the sitting position on the human spine and ways to prevent injury in American rugby players.
Jason played rugby for the Boston Rugby Super League team for 11 years and has recently retired. He is now the head trainer and physical therapist for the Boston Rugby team. Jason is also a fan of the Barefoot running style and will help runners achieve their goals of painfree jogging. In his spare time he enjoys playing the guitar.
