Hobbies/Interests: Carl has a specialty in Pediatric and Adolescent Medicine. His association with Children’s Hospital Sports Medicine Foundation exposes him to a number of sports medicine and adolescent injuries. Carl has written and presented papers internationally on sports medicine issues. He has also published a number of articles and chapters in sports medicine rehabilitation of the knee, shoulder, and spine related pathologies. Carl sees patients in our Wellesley clinic Monday, Wednesday and Friday. He is also available Tuesday and Thursday afternoons in Medfield at the Kingsbury Club. Carl is married and has four children that are all very active in sports and recreational activities. His family is involved in community projects and charitable events in and around the greater Boston area. |

Craig sees patients in our Wellesley clinic Monday through Friday where he is surrounded by a great support staff. Craig is married and has four children. Hobbies/Interests: Andrew is a 1996 Graduate of Northeastern University with a Bachelors of Science Degree in Athletic Training as well as a Masters of Science degree from Northeastern. He is a Dually Licensed and Certified Athletic Trainer who holds certifications with the National Athletic Trainers Association (NATA), is licensed by the Massachusetts Board of Allied Health Professionals. He also serves as an approved clinical instructor for Northeastern University and Lassell College's Athletic Training curriculum. Andrew specializes in Orthopedics, Athletic Injury Prevention and Rehabilitation, Sports specific programming and orthotic and brace fitting. Kristen graduated in 2008 with a doctorate in physical therapy. She enjoys treating a wide variety of patients, both in our Newton Center clinic Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays and in our Wellesley clinic Tuesdays and Thursdays. Her specialties include the rehabilitation of dancers and performing artists as well as orthopedic and sports related injuries.
Kristen brings an intimate knowledge of dance and fitness to her treatment style, as she danced 12 years with the Boston Ballet School Center for Dance Education in the Intensive Division and one year professionally with the Boston Ballet Company. Throughout her time with Boston Ballet, Kristen has had the opportunity to train with many world renowned dancers and coaches such as Bruce Marks, Anna-Marie Holmes, Sydney Leonard, Laura Young and Tatiana Legat, widow of Yuri Soloviev and grand-daughter of Nicolai Legat of whom were choreographers, cartoonists, and pedagogues who worked to create the syllabus for the Vaganova School in Russia. While dancing with the Boston Ballet, Kristen has performed in numerous productions of The Nutcracker, Sleeping Beauty, Swan Lake, Le Corsaire, Paquita, La Bayadère, Études, Balanchine’s Concerto Barocco, Madame Butterfly, Giselle, Rodeo, and contemporary world premiere pieces choreographed by Rebecca Rice.
In 2009, after a seven year hiatus from dancing, Kristen finally returned to the stage and has since performed leading roles with the Boston Dance Company under the direction of James Reardon and Clyde Nantais, dancing the Sugar Plum Fairy in The Nutcracker, Carabosse in Sleeping Beauty, Odette in Swan Lake and an original piece by James Reardon entitled Lachrymae. Kristen has firsthand experience in the arduous training of a professional dancer and a clear understanding of the mechanics and common injuries of a dancer’s body. Kristen’s main focus in the clinic is to develop an individualized exercise program that incorporates each patient’s unique needs and personal goals, with an approach to therapy that is both integrated and holistic. |

Hobbies/Interests: Colleen graduated in 2009 with a doctorate in physical therapy. She enjoys treating a wide variety of patients at three of our locations; Medfield, Wellesley, and Needham. Colleen's specialties include the rehabilitation of dancers and performing artists as well as orthopedic and sports related injuries. Colleen brings first hand knowledge and experience of dance to her rehabilitation style, as she has danced for 20 years as an Irish Dancer with the Harney Academy of Irish Dance. Through these years she has many accomplishments including the titles of North American Irish Dance Champion and New England Irish Dance Champion. She has also had the unique opportunity to tour with Celticfusion and the Liam Harney Irish Dance Company on their US and European tours; and perform for two presidents including President Mary Robinson of Ireland and President William Clinton. While dancing, Colleen sustained her share of injuries and was able to return to dancing with the help of SPTA. Colleen combines her knowledge of dance and rehabilitation into her treatment plans to assist the performing artist in returning to the stage. |
