Dan treats patients at our Northeastern University clinic as well as part time in our Norwell clinic.

 

He is an adjunct faculty member of the PT department at Northeastern University where he teaches classes in orthopedics, Kinesiology, Motor Control, and Strength and Conditioning.

Ian graduated from Northeastern University with a BS in Physical Therapy.  He enjoys
treating all orthopeadic and sports medicine patients and is especially interested
in the mechanics of the hip joint. 


Outside of work, Ian enjoys golfing and playing with his young son.

Aiko graduated from Boston University with a clinical Doctorate in Physical Therapy as well as a minor in Dance. While she enjoys treating a variety of patients at the Northeastern clinic Monday through Friday, she is particularly interested in treating dancers due to first-hand experience with dance (and dance injuries.) She is also interested in injury prevention for the young dancer and has taught injury prevention and dance classes at her home studio in Virginia and at Step by Step Studio in Waltham.
 
When Aiko is not working at SPTA, she enjoys dancing and performing with Orcha Dance Theater and wedding planning.

Chris has a special interest in treating orthopedic and sports medicine patients using a combination of functional assessment, manual therapy, corrective exercises and neuromuscular stabilization. He is an Adjunct Professor in the Physical Therapy Department at Northeastern University teaching labs in Kinesiology and Managing Injured Athletes. Chris is a certified expert in the Functional Movement System (FMS), and the Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA). He plans to become a certified practitioner in Active Release Technique this summer. He is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the NSCA.
 
Chris is proudly born and raised in Somerville, and enjoys working out, volunteering, reading, and being with friends and family.
