Alicia received her Masters degree in physical therapy at Northeastern University in 2006, training at multiple locations of SPTA, New England Baptist Hospital, and Spaulding Rehab Hospital in Boston. She went on to study yoga and received her 200 hour yoga teacher training certificate as well as her 500 hour training in Fluid yoga, a vinyasa-based style of yoga. Alicia instructs private yoga classes and teaches the anatomy section of the yoga teacher training at Stil Studio in Dedham, MA. Also qualified in strength an conditioning training, Alicia received her CSCS in 2010.
With an emphasis on posture and injury prevention she treats all orthopedic and sports injuries to the athlete and non-athlete. She is also uniquely qualified to treat yoga injuries and bridge the gap between injury rehabilitation and return to full activity.
Outside of the clinic Alicia is also passionate about kayaking, hiking, fitness training, traveling and leading a healthy lifestyle.
